Bill spent decades on Hill Country job sites before pulling away from general construction to focus entirely on pools. The discipline of building a real house — engineering, scheduling, trades coordination — is the discipline he applies to every pool today.

Lexi grew up on his sites. She came back from her own career as the design lead — and as the person who builds out the 3D render, walks every consultation, and handles the homeowner relationship from sketch through fill day.

The studio is purposely small. We turn down builds we can't personally manage. The result is fewer pools per year — but every one of them is on a Bill-and-Lexi schedule, on a Bill-and-Lexi spec, and on a Bill-and-Lexi handshake.
